Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging (including labels, manuals, and accessories).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Non-returnable items (no exceptions):

  • Special-order or custom-built motors

  • Electrical parts that have been installed, wired, modified, or damaged

  • Items not returned in resellable condition

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before shipping it back.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returned items that are not due to our error (for example, wrong item ordered). If applicable, this will be communicated to you before we process the refund.
